Eddie

Eddie was surrendered with an injury to his leg and an eye in desperate need of vet treatment. On arrival at SAHA, he was examined by a vet who advised his near side eye was too badly damaged and would require removing, so he was booked into hospital for surgery and the wound on his leg treated.

This beautiful boy was once a loved and cared bombproof pony that took care of his riders but as is the risk with selling horses he unfortunately then found himself in the sale yards and left with untreated injuries. He is now recovered at SAHA with a much brighter future ahead. Eddie spends his days in the paddock with his other one-eyed buddy Regal, these two became fast friends on their rehab journeys so we would love to be able to adopt them into a caring and knowledgeable home together.
