Kea is a lovely thoroughbred mare who came into our care after her breeder’s property closed, resulting in the surrender of 12 horses, including Kea and her full sister, Cherry. Despite her uncertain start, Kea has remained a gentle, sweet-natured mare. She has been handled but is not broken in, making her best suited as a companion horse. She is a good doer, enjoys treats, and thrives on attention and calm interaction. Kea is a beautiful girl with a kind temperament, simply waiting for the right person to offer her a safe, loving adoption home.
