Pippa is a beautiful little bay mare that was surrendered with group of horses after a thoroughbred stud shut down.
She is a sweet, unbroken mare is looking for a patient and understanding home where she can truly blossom. Naturally timid and sensitive, she’s the kind of horse who forms deep bonds once she learns to trust her person.
She’s unstarted under saddle and given her age and confirmation the decision was made not to break her into saddle.
She would thrive in a calm environment with someone who will let her move at her own pace and celebrate the small wins along the way. Pippa is a good doer (lovingly referred to at the sanctuary as the little barrel) and bottom of the herd order, she is a lovely companion horse.
