Nation was surrendered due to not being sound under saddle and his owner was unable to investigate the cause.
Investigations discovered for a young horse he had poor joints, so he was not put back under saddle but as he was paddock sound was left to enjoy life as a paddock bum whilst awaiting adoption as a companion.
Nation was a great herd leader, that loved to be brushed and fussed over and was so affectionate, he loved to be in your pocket!
April 2025 – sadly during a float trip he suffered catastrophic leg injury and under vets’ advice was PTS.
