Raiden

Raiden came into SAHA with his sister Maple in 2020. After being gelded he was adopted out.

Due to a change in adopters circumstances he returned to SAHA. He blossomed into a very handsome boy during his years on adoption and had been broken in so was now a lovely riding horse under saddle.

Raiden was adopted in 2024 to a new loving home and enjoyed his days with a lovely herd.

October 2025 – Unfortunately, during a routine dental in his adoptive home some teeth issues were discovered and after consulting top equine vet specialising in teeth, it was not good news – his poor start to life meant his teeth had not developed roots correctly and based on vets’ advice he was euthanised.
