Alonzo and his paddock companion Jag, were surrendered when their elderly owner couldn’t care for them properly anymore. Alonzo was suffering from a leg injury, so he was sent straight to hospital for treatment and made a complete recovery. Alonzo is particular about his rider so he requires a confident intermediate or experienced rider who is very soft through their hands and their seat. He has no nastiness in him he just knows the way he likes to be ridden. Alonzo would make a fantastic pleasure horse. Alonzo found the rider who suits him perfect and went off to a fantastic new home as a pleasure horse.
