Brony was owned by an elderly lady who had her in agistment. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to care for her adequately and when she discovered that Brony was suffering from a severe skin infection she surrendered her to SAHA so that Brony could get the vet care she desperately needed. Brony’s teeth needed a lot of attention which was stopping her from eating properly and as a result she was quite thin. She also needed farrier work and adequate nutrition to help her fight the infection and build up her health again. Brony is a beautiful, quiet mare and lovely to ride and handle. However, due to her age, she is suitable only for a lead line beginner home, not pony club.
