Castro was surrendered to SAHA as owner could not afford vet care to treat growth on his eye. On arrival he was taken straight to scenic rim vets for examination and had surgery to remove his third eyelid where growth was located. He has recovered and been brought up to date with vet work and began work under saddle as part of the OTT program.
