Chicky was OTT and rehomed to a 14 year old girl who used her for pleasure riding. She was surrendered back into care due to lack of time and Chicky being left in the paddock wasn’t fair on her. It was a hard decision but the right one. Chicky doesn’t have any nasty vices, but she does need a strong, experienced rider as she is a very forward horse and her attitude will test and put it over timid people. She needs kind yet firm! She has great movement and can jump. I believe she will make a great fun horse for a capable rider who wants to love her. She can suffer from separation anxiety for other horses if she is kept in a herd and ridden out alone. Four years ago she had a squamous cell carcinoma removed from her eye which hasn’t caused her any issues and hasn’t come back but we keep a UV protection flymask on her all year round to be safe. She is a beautiful horse and deserves an amazing home with an experienced rider.
