Chocolate and 3 other geldings (Ben, Power, Slyvester) came into care in an emaciated condition back in November 2022. After undergoing rehab and vet work Chocolate transformed into an amazing stunning chocolate brown horse. Once completing rehab started groundwork and the process of breaking him in. He had two rides but when he showed mild lameness was checked and cleared by vets with x-rays showing no issue, however he was still given some time off in the paddock. Chocolate is a playful but timid horse, he needs someone with confidence who can guide him. He is currently green broken and going well under saddle. He will however require an experienced home to continue on with his training.
Chocolate spent some time offsite with Trainer Corey gaining some training and exposure. He has done trail rides, been around cattle, tractors, dogs, ridden by various different riders, learning to jump small jumps and will be attending pony club. Suitable for very experienced teen to adult rider.
He is a beautiful horse, and in November 2024 was adopted ♥
