Halo was surrendered due to having growths around her eye which was impeding her eye and was infected and painful. We sent her straight to scenic rim vets on arrival and sadly they had to remove her eye to remove the growth. Halo has recuperated well, and found solace in another rescue pony called Ranger. They are both older retired from riding ponies, and are a beautiful pair. They have become so bonded with Halo using Ranger as her second eye, we would love them to be adopted together.
