Lolly was rescued by a caring family from the doggers. She was due to be slaughtered because of a large swelling on the side of her face due to broken teeth. She was started on antibiotics but had a large abscess due to the broken teeth sticking into the side of her mouth. Surgery by a specialist vet to repair the teeth was going to be a necessity and the family could not afford it and so they approached SAHA to give Lolly the best chance of recovery. Lolly is very quiet and was to do anything with – she has been handled since she was very young. When she is ready, with the right training, she could make a lovely kid’s horse.
