Otis was a stallion found by city council animal welfare and impounded. His owners did not come forward and he was surrendered. Otis has been gelded and received all of his vet work. He is a confident pony who requires a handler that won’t let him be too pushy. Once he knows his handler is in charge he is easy to work with and tries hard to please.
