Vader is a beautiful black QH gelding who came into care after a change in his owners’ circumstances. After many unsuccessful attempts to find this aged man a new place to go, we were his last option.
We put the call out to our amazing supporters to help us give Vader a chance. We asked for just 10 people to sponsor him for only $10 a week. We ended up exceeding that target in just under 24 hours.
Vader is a calm, sensible old man who doesn’t mind his place at the bottom of the herd pecking order.
He is easy to do anything with and no much troubles him.
Due to his age, Vader is up for adoption as a companion horse only.
Farrier: Stands well for the farrier, currently barefoot with trims 6 weekly.
Catch: Good to catch, lead, tie, wash and groom.
Medicate: Good to medicate and worm.
Float: Good to float.
Rug: Good to rug.
