Surrendered to us after he sustained a double fractured pelvis while racing at Eagle Farm. He was owned by a syndicate and when they were told he wouldn’t race again, they couldn’t bear the thought of him put to sleep. The manager, who just adored Warrior, called me in tears and we agreed to take him. He was spelled and rested for almost 2 years and has been assessed by our vets as being completely sound. Warrior is 21 months off the track and has now been to the trainer for re-starting under saddle. This beautiful man is working perfectly and would suit a confident knowledgeable home. Warrior is easy to do anything with. He floats, leads, ties up, can wash, rug, worm, feet – all easy. He is a little pocket rocket and I do believe he will make someone an amazing pleasure riding horse.
