Zephyr

Gelding Arabian

Zephyr came to us as a stallion in emaciated condition. We had him gelded and with a good diet, he quickly returned to condition. Zephyr spent most of his life as a breeding stallion but you wouldn’t know it if you weren’t told. He is a sweet boy who is quiet to ride and has three nice paces. He has been ridden in our arena without any issues and hasn’t put a hoof wrong. Although we haven’t ridden him out on trails, we believe he would make a nice trail riding horse for a confident rider. We would like to see Zephyr go to a home for pleasure riding, he isn’t suitable for jumping or fast paced work. Zephyr isn’t for a beginner and does need someone who is confident. We gelded him earlier this year and he is paddocked in a herd without any drama. He is also happy to be paddocked on his own with an equine friend over the fence. If you are interested in adopting Zephyr please click on the link above and fill out an adoption application. Our adoptions coordinator will call you to arrange a suitable time to come and meet him.
