Rocky was surrendered. He is an ex-riding school horse who is very timid and needs to bond with one special person. Once he bonds with you then you have a friend for life. He is a sensitive soul needing lots of love and understanding. He isn’t easy to trim feet and requires an understanding farrier and sedation for hind hooves.
