Bryce (Ancient Ruler)

Bryce was rescued from the Burpengary doggers. He is an ex-racehorse.

Bryce has been in a beautiful adopted home for the past few years, and due to personal circumstances has returned into care.

Bryce came back with a small superficial injury that is being currently treated. This injury does not effect his soundness and will heal soon.

HEIGHT: 16.2hh approx

SUITED RIDER: Intermediate (under instruction) or experienced rider

SUITED DISCIPLINE: would suit dressage, jumping, flatwork ect.

VET WORK: up to date with Hendra, 2in1, dental and farrier

EASY TO: float, tack up, worm, farrier, rug, catch, lead, wash and groom

ADOPTION FEE: $500 under life time contract.

Bryce recently came back into care from his beautiful adoptive home due to a change in personal circumstances.

Bryce was competing in dressage and jumping in his last adoptive home and doing well.

Since coming into care we healed a small fence wound on his back heel and have recently placed him back under saddle.

He is going kindly and though has no under saddle vices would suit an intermediate (under instruction) or experienced rider due to his size and forward moving action. He has proven kind and happy to go along with his rider. He is responsive to the bit and leg and holds frame when asked too

Bryce has a small issue with being separated from his current paddock mate and will call for her if removed from the paddock. However in a home environment and being in work regularly we don’t see this as being an on going issue. As it wasn’t a previous issue in his adoptive home when he was in a routine of work. He has been out of work at the sanctuary and just living his life with one other horse. He has had 3 rides back under saddle and is ready to find his next home.
