India was rescued from Laidley sales in 2015. She can’t have been long off the track and had some leg injuries, however on further investigation, her leg wasn’t injured – she had a very unusual gait and our vet suspected her as being a wobbler.
Wobblers is a condition caused by compression of the cervical spinal cord. A lot of the symptoms India has never shown but she wasn’t a horse we were going to put under saddle due to her having the odd few days of weakness in behind.
She has the most beautiful quiet nature and holds her weight very well and has great feet. She is easy to care for and loves attention.
India would be the most amazing paddock mate or therapy horse for someone to love.
