Liquorice was surrendered in 2021 due to being lame and his owners unable to investigate further.
Once in care, Liquorice had investigations with vets and body work done and lameness was corrected, but due to his weak hind end he would not be suitable as a ridden prospect, so was available as a companion. He was adopted in 2021 before returning briefly to SAHA before being adopted once again.
