Sabre was from Last Chance Horses. His mother had died after going through a fence and breaking her leg. Sabre appeared to have a leg injury and also a severely infected eye. He was taken immediately to the eye specialist at Manly Road Vet but scans of his leg showed that he had a stifle fracture and he was euthanised.
