Born and bred on a property in South Brisbane, Zoe had been basically untouched for 20 years. The elderly man who owned her was unable to care for her and we were called to collect her. She had dropped a lot of weight due to the drought and was very skinny. Zoe had ongoing lung problems which were more profound with the onset of the cold weather, when she would cough constantly. Under vet advice, we decided not to put her through another winter. Much loved by the Beaudesert volunteers – run free over the Rainbow Bridge, sweet Zoe.
