Monkey

Monkey was rescued and then surrendered to us as he needed critical care. He had been down on the ground and had been having seizures. He was very weak and emaciated. Upon arrival at the vet hospital, his pupils were fixed and dilated and we thought we had lost him but his pulse remained strong. He was placed on fluid, glucose and plasma. After vet assessment it was established that he was critically malnourished and dehydrated. After his fluids and plasma he stood up for a short period and the next morning was on his feet! Unfortunately, Monkey was too far gone. He again began seizing and his organs began to shut down. Run free beautiful boy.
