Trista came to SAHA with another mare Nikita, who was injured in a floating accident and the owner was financially struggling to afford ongoing care. She was getting a trainer out weekly to get these horses some education on the ground. This owner did the best she could for these 2 horses but didn’t have the experience necessary to help them progress forward so surrendered them to SAHA.
Trista is an Anglo Arab mare and has a very matter of fact personality. She would be most suited to a home with good horse experience, that is kind and patient, she is good to catch and good for the farrier. With the right person Trista will flourish. Trista is 16hh and a good doer in the paddock.
